Nutrition touches every aspect of your life

But with so much misinformation, making the right choices can feel overwhelming.

I’m a nutrition specialist and consultant, based in London

As a registered dietitian with over 20 years of experience, I’m deeply committed to delivering clear, evidence-based information. My passion lies in educating and empowering people with reliable, scientifically backed advice.

Because everyone deserves to make informed decisions about their well-being.

My nutrition journey began after earning my degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. I then spent several years working in both acute and community settings within the NHS, where I developed a comprehensive understanding of how nutrition impacts health on both individual and community levels.

Seeking to broaden my impact, I transitioned into freelance work, which has allowed me to explore a broader range of interests—from advising on food policy to leading community nutrition workshops.

Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a single goal: to educate and empower others, making a tangible difference in public health by providing clear, actionable nutrition advice.

Whether through speaking engagements, workshops, or consultancy, my mission is to help you navigate the complexities of nutrition with confidence and clarity.
